Jeff Francoeur

Pastor Jeff came to Christ in the spring of 1998 at Third Baptist Church in Fall, MA. He felt the Lord’s call to preach that Summer during a Neighborhood Bible Time event. Two years later he enrolled at Boston Baptist College and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Theology.

Following graduation, he continued serving in various ministries in his home church until September of 2006 when he became the assistant pastor of Temple Baptist Church in West Bridgewater, MA.

Jeff met his wife Karen when she began attending church in September of 2007 with her grandmother. He and Karen became friends, then started dating in early 2008 and were married that September and are the parents of son/daughter twins Abby and AJ.

On June 28, 2009, Jeff was ordained into the ministry as a Baptist pastor. Then in October of 2010 he was called to pastor a small church in East Providence, RI. After serving there for three years, he called to serve again at Temple Baptist in February of 2014 as their associate pastor. Since then, the Lord opened the door for Jeff to start some graduate work. He graduated from Liberty University in December of 2017 with an MAR (Master of Arts in Religion) and a cognate in Pastoral Counseling. Over the next several years, Jeff provided pulpit supply for churches in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Two of Jeff’s favorite verses are Psalm 37:23-24; “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the LORD upholds him with His hand.”

The will of the Lord is not always clear, but Jeff lives by the mindset that you keep faithfully doing the last thing the Lord did make clear to you until He gives you something else to do.
